It’s Groundhog Day which means January is over. January is “Get your membership at the Y” month. It’s their time of year to get all the formerly young and thin people into the weight room and on the treadmill. All of them hope that with a few days of huffing and puffing they just might lose a few pounds. January is also diet book month. Everyone buys all these books in hopes that by just thinking about how they might lose weight they just might do so.
Now that the madness is over, it’s time to invest in something that is more that will change you- food for your soul. Here are a bunch of books and other resources that can help you with feeding your soul: Diet books for your soul.
